What leg do you cut off to make it fit, top, intake side, or exhaust side?

If you saved the housing from your B16 distributor, just put all the internals into that and you don't have to cut any leggs off.

Doesn't always work, sometimes it is problems there too, and moving all those over are a bitch.  You can still have the proper timing when you cut the leg off and still have it on there frimly.

I like using the LS so this way I can use USDM parts for it and I know what to get.  ALot of times I wish I had a USDM motor.

You obviously don't know the point of swapping an LS dist in place of that B16.  My B16 dist burnt out as many do.  It's common among them.  Yours may also in the future.  The LS dists do not burn up.  See the point?

The Del Sol VTEC cap and rotor work fine but there's a little metal notch on the distributor where the cap sits against the distributor housing that doesn't match up the the Del Sol caps "female" notch.  I just took a die grinder with a cut off wheel and shaved it off then everything else worked perfect.  I'm not sure if there's a different cap that will work without modifying anything.

Kinda of a shitty description now that I read it, if you want I can take pictures and show you.
