My sunroof will not open or close.  It seems to be off it's tracks and so it has remained closed for a long time.  I have had a couple of shops look at it but they tell me to just get a whole new sunroof but I don't know, the motor sounds good it just won't move because it's visibly off track.  Has anyone had this problem?
There are some screws and a black rubber square piece that were sitting in the sunroof well.

thanks in advance.

Each of the arms slides on a rail. the bolts hold the arms to the rail. remove them, and it comes off. Sounds like they may have wiggled loose?

yes, i think so.

it has happened in the past but it's hard as hell to get them back on track.  I guess I will start with taking the arms off and getting new bolts.  i just hate opening it because getting it to work can be 'iffy' at best.  thanks for the input. Grin
