free d16a6!!

As some of you know i tried my first motor swap a lil while back. none to successful! I swapped a B17 into my 89 Si. sent harnesses out to rywire and my brother and i did the rest. it starts and runs but runs like shit. the integra ran fine but vtec wouldnt engage. so im not sure what it may be other then timing or wiring issue. i havent had time to do anything with it in a while since my job keeps me so busy. im getting ready to move to north carolina and need to get this thing going. i have the original d16a6 with tranny and new clutch in it that i dont wanna haul with me. so really you would be doing me 2 favors if u can help. motor has about 190k+ miles on it but ran good. no harness or starter. any1 interested?   by the way i live in north DE

Yeah, one of my former managers decided to buy the store I worked at and start his own BM/F&H store.

I had a 3 day notice of either unemployment, or working for BM as a rover.

I went on vacation and took the unemploymnet and I'm bored as hell.

everyone bitchs about this site being dead! well no wonder...nobody can stay on topic!!!  i was trying to get some help and people wanna talk about the paint industry...what the fuck!!?   granted i may not be as knowlegeable about motor swaps or what parts will work better for a certain set up but im still as passonate about cars as anyone of you assholes!! i have been working in the automotive field for 6 years  from pep boys to a honda/acura dealership and have been certified in mobile electronics for a lil while now. Maybe u picture me as the 17 year old dipshit with his first car that wants to take the AWD off a late 80s civic, with the AWS of a late 80's prelude and swap in a S2000 motor, meanwhile everyone that knows better just laughs. instead i manage the audio/performance shop in my town.
usually i stick with doing electronics and custom fabrication but i wanted to get more into the motor side of things alil more. i was in abunch and no one really followed thru. i am highly disappointed...if anyone had questions about remote starts or how to do something custom, i would have loved to help out!

The topic is free d16a6, you seem to have thrown a horribly phrased question in there with no useful information for anyone to even start helping you, and you're whining like a bitch on the rag about not getting help?

what the fuck are you looking for, someone to take the engine? if you have a question about getting your car running better, how about describing it more than "it runs like shit"



It's not very effective to complain about people being off topic when 90% of the words you typed are worthless babble. give some real info about the car and you might get some real help.
