looking to buy some si seats for my 88 crx but only found some that came out of a 91,wondering if they will fit my 88 crx or if any parts will fit like hood,carpet,door panels etc..if anybody has info on this lmk thanx for your time

the 88 si is something of an odd ball of the 2nd gen CRX. the door panels and such will not work due to the fact the the seatbelts are on the b-pillar and not the door like the 89-91 are. the seats are similar and the only difference being the seat brackets.

to sum it up:

will fit:
hood
carpet

not fit:
seats
door panels

If you have a set of 88 seat rails/bottom pans, you can swap them onto the 89-91 seats with ease.  I've done it a few times, just gotta loosen a couple of the bolts on the lever, and unclip all of the metal pins that hold the pan on and bada bing, you got a seat conversion
