Well i am finally turbo. I started with the saab t3, but i heard some werid noise after starting it up and had a bad oil leak with it. I eventually learned the noise was actually my flywheel rubbing on this plate near the oilpan.

So now i am running the t3/t4 turbonetics turbo. I just got my downpipe made today and injectors have been a bitch leakign on and off. I still have a small exhaust leak where the manifold bolts to the head.

Here is some pics, but it is with the saab turbo on.

yea this faggot gets his downpipe made and expects to be at work on time at 1230, i wake up hungover for him at 9am, go with him, drive him to work, fix his injector leak, then pick him up and take him back. ALL for the sake of TURBO, and yes , im going turbo now becasue he cant have alll the glory.

That plug gap is a little wide.  The boost is probably blowing the spark out.  Try gapping the plugs down to .024.

BTW what are you running for fuel enrichment again?

The greddy blue box that comes with the older DOHC greddy turbo kits. It comes preset for 7psi with 310cc injectors and you can not tune with it, but i kno i am running rich.

I will get new plugs today and lower the gap and see what happens.

Gotcha.  Yeah as I said earlier plug gap is more critical on turbo charged cars.  BTW did the instructions say anything about backing off the ignition timing?

Yeah, turbokits are really cheap now. There's a bolt on turbokit you can buy complete with "engine management" for $1700 and a .63 AR t3t4 Turbo online from a Vendor.

I was surprised to find it. I might actually go for it.

p.s. I put engine management in quotes because it works like emanage or guardian engine management units which I believe to be inferior to uberdata, crome, or other ACTUAL engine management systems.
