How old are you?  More likely than not you are past the point of vertical growth development.  

How tall a person gets essentially comes down to two things.  1.) Family genetics.  2.) Good nutrition during adolescence.

The latter is especially important if family genetics are less than perfect.  The latter also explains why the average heighth of Americans has increased.  Our society has an abundance of food compared to others in the past and we understand the importance of nutrition.

You can get put into a bone lengthening machine.  Basically they break your legs, stretch the bones apart a tiny little bit, wait for it to heal, and just keep doing that.  Supposed to hurt liek a bitch too!

there was a kid i went to school wit that was super short and they used to give him some kinda steroid shot to make him grow and from the looks of it the shot didnt do shit meanin he is like only a inch or 2 taller
