common sense ehhhh? well i dont want to be running shitty from the start, and have problems right off the bat.

BUT i might run the saab t3 first, since it is already mounted to the manifold and im to lazy to switch the two.

i forgot to add that i just bought hondata s200 with boost and datalogging from a friend for $200 and got a gm 3bar MAP sensor too. Now i just need a chipped p28, and an obd2 conversion harness. im gonna sell that map sensor too

You can get around this a bit by using a manual boost controller and keeping the wastegate closed longer.  Boost pressure will go up and the turbo will make more heat..

an egt gauge could read this right?

IMHO money is better off spent on a wideband O2 then EGT, althought EGT is helpful the wideband would be a better buy

if you have a good wideband, something you feel confident in, then getting an EGT wouldnt hurt
