I think you should concentrate on doing more research before trying to make hundreds of hp. BTW what is it with AEM? Just so you know there IS better stuff out there.

I am trying to research! thought that was what asking questions was?? Well maybe you can recommend what turbo to go with, what intercooler would work best with that turbo? Wat ems would work best with the above? Will 1.8 integra vtec brakes be big enough to stop it? What pistons and con rods would hold the power?
Ive got an integra type r lsd with 4.7 final drive gears and ive just ordered an act clucth with hybrid street disk! Will that clucth do or should i change it??

If you own an ITR why are you wasting your money on a turbo kit? Anyway that's your buisness.... As for what parts to buy, go with quality stuff. As for "holding the power". How much do you plan to make? Oh yeah that also determines what turbo and intercooler you should go with.
Do youself a favor and enjoy what you have.

Yeah, there is a big difference between 1.6L and 1.8L. Honestly just go with an LS or GSR bottom end. Stroker kits aren't really worth it for the street. (Bad dollar to speed ratio
).
