91 (or the highest you can get at the everyday pump) will be just fine.
no real need for 100 octane unless you are boosting or very high compression.
if you just have a stock motor it will just run hotter and not really put out any more hp... (and it costs a crap load)
save your gas money and get exhaust or something instead

I ran something like 104 or 110 years ago with a stock B16 and the only difference was you could smell it burning

You could advance your timing to get a small benefit from the higher octane but it's not really worth it.

no i dont want to, i dont want to waste my money and i already put in 93 octane and it works just fine. but the reason i asked is cuz my friend told me that i would blow my motor, he didnt belive me cuz hes a dumbass. but all i needed was the yes from everyone so thanks
