And the ideal R/S for an engine is ~1.75, yay B16a. You forgot that even the Honda schools in Japan hate the B18 engines so much they give them to the students to break and learn with.

What does that have to do with the reliability of a B series engine with a turbo setup?  It's like some of us are trying to compare apples to bacon.  Two different issues.

I dunno, cylinder walls? I like a lot of false senses of security. I'll even put sleeves on a stock B16a for boost. Only because I choose fast and reliable, not cheap. Although those two will be impossible to acheive (because you will always want to go faster, which means pushing harder on the engine, etc) at least I know my sleeved B16 may last for much longer than an LS without sleeves. I'm not down for the "If nothings breaking you're not going fast enough" motto. There's always someone who is faster.

I should hope that a sleeved B16 would last longer than a stock LS motor running high boost.  If it doesn't then it isn't built correctly.

More like "...better than a sleeved LS..." but that's ok.

Actually I believe that if someone goes to the trouble of sleeving a block, then they should also upgrade their pistons and rods with aftermarket units.

There is minimal evidence to prove that a "sleeved and built B16a" will last any longer than a "sleeved and built LS motor".

Please post any information to support your claim, aside from the fact that a 1.75 rod ratio is more optimal.  Show me hard evidence.
