The Garrett GT turbos are really nice but a little over my budget right now. I was looking at some t3/t04e turbos, or maybe the SC50 if I feel stunna.

Check out  the Garrett GT28R (aka S15 Nissan Silvia turbo).



It looks very similar to your old T28 but has different turbine wheels and exhaust housing (.64) and a full ball bearing center section.  It should get you to 300hp at the wheels with no problem.  I think if you combine that with a VTEC head you will have all the power you need  (for now).   :wink:

That's cool.  You should go with an internal wastegate to save costs.  I recommend an HKS wastegate actuator upgrade.  It should hold boost just fine.

You just come off as some tool with no concept of the word BUDGET, the kid doesnt have $1100 to spend on that turbo, why the hell would u recommend it? I don't know why you have "beef" with me, but it's starting to get a little old.....

Anyway, I wasn't listing "the best parts import tuner tells you are in existence".  If I was I would be listing turbos like an HKS GT2835R which costs $2580.00.  And in my opinion isn't worth the extra cost over a "comparative" Garrett unit.  Notice how I was only listing Garrett turbos?  Honestly for some people 1000 isn't a lot of money.  I don't know him personally so when he comes to the board and asks opinions, I oblige him with some.
