crx choking out

help!  my 88 hf rex sounds and feels like it is choking out when i put it in 1st and give it gas.  and there is a wierd sound coming from under my timing belt cover.  it sounds like stuff turning with out lube.  also does any one know if there is a place that does swaps for a decent price in or around kc.  i want to drop a b16 in my 88 hf.

do a full tune up on the car and that should fix the problem. if it doesnt then its more serious
