If I lower my car 2", will I need a camber kit?  If I do, how much adjustment will I need?  Will 1.8 degrees do or will I need more?  The car is an 89 si

Depends on the type of driving you do.  If you like to corner REALLY good. No.  If you want your tires to last for a bit, Yes.
