what sa good ecu program to run turbo on a zc?

just askin around. i wanna go turbo. basically want to pull my zc out, throw in a new tranny, build the zc and put on a 14b. what do u think is the best way to do up the ecu. i know a guy that does turbo programs for 150/ does that sound right? then u retard ur timing a few knotches so u can run higher boost. this sound right?

only way to tune is with a dyno and a wide band
