well, i wanted to replace it with somewhat of a performance upgrade, this one is 4-2-1 for $87, and i know the stock Si header is crap, 4-1 its really ass and i hate it!

ok i didnt know you wanted a performance gain out of it. id say save the money if its temporary solution.

just because i have been through the whole temporary situation now and get it fixed later. truth is it just stays at the temporary situation. i know from experience. and it ends up being costlier in the end because its temporary, its cheap, its going to go wrong. and then you end up replacing it.

save the money for the swap.  :wiggle:

well, i'm not gonna be driving my crx a lot after a few months, cuz of the new teg or something but before the end of nxt year hopefuly i'd have saved more money for swap and i cant keep that header, so when it comes time to swap i'll jus get a better quality for the new motor and all.

i would say
1. you get what you pay for
2. that is a good price for a "header" but who knows how long it is going to last
3. it can't "hurt" too much  i have been running a no name 4-2-1 stainless steel header for over a year now and it is fine...other than being brown now
