yea and the same can be said for the goo, flip the switch and boom something broke or your off running. great for all out racing, but not someone who wants to race their car on the weekends

plus i dont like this whole idea of having the car shift for you, like in F1 where they have automatic transmissions

sure it can shift faster but thats one less thing the driver has to do. and where is the fun in that

yea except it was made in the 50's

but it seems by the article they are able to vaiably control the viscosity, which means with the shocks they can go from ultra smooth ride to advanced track only settings with the flick of a switch.

well it doesnt have to stop at the shocks

use it for changing clutch engaging types on the autos, full out face type engaging and then highway. be able to change the amount of lock to lock turns on the steering wheel, be able to adjust the movement in the engine mounts and transmission mounts. the possibilites are endless

ok, here's another topic.

I'm looking at slapping on my stock springs. Maybe some spring boosters to make them stiff. anyone else have any ideas on making it stiff w/o lowering the car?

I figure we could stay on the topic of suspension for now.  I hope my suspension kit is in,  I will be stoppin by the place tonight and will see!  YEA!!!!   Then this weekend I will be rippin stuff apart/ breaking bolts Sad  I think I am going to buy a new impact wrench tonight.

And to stiffen up your suspension but not lower I think you pretty much have to go with the boosters(little rubber things right?) and put a shit load of um into your springs that way they have hardly any travel.  also stuff like sway bars/strut bars.  Thats about all you got. well I guess you coudl weld a little bar across every two runs of the spring on opposide sides of the spring so that it would have 1/2 the travel.

yah, I thought about the welding thing. but the shop discouraged me, your right, it's the rubbers.

On your suspension, good luck. I've been getting good at it. I don't even use a spring comp anymore. I use a jack on the LCA.
