Screw buying a premade kit.Just piece the parts yourself and save money.
If u need legality then go ahead.I pieced mine together from dsm parts and spend at most $800 with fuel management.

smog is supposedly getting even stricter. I hear some rumor that there was even a stock integra that couldnt pass the new smog regulations.
