i never liked california either, mainly cause of the liberals who were running the state that gave illegal immigrants free education and healthcare unlike the legal citizens who pay taxes. hopefully Arnold will bring the life back into the state.

The idea behind this, is that illegal immigrants still contribute to the economy of the state as a whole.  Besides, since this is the richest country in the world, shouldn't we help out the less fortunate?

Hmm, I would have to disagree with this.  All of the original import guys that I'm aware of came from Cali.  Ed Bergenholtz, Tony Fuchs, Abel Iberra, Lisa Kubo, Viet Lam, and JoJo Callos all came from California.  Hell, my old roommate used to hang out JoJo at Palmdale!  Were they the only people to start hooking up imports in the early beginnings of the scene?  Hell no!  Give respect to people like Eddie Bello and Vinney Ten from New York and Dave Buschar from Ohio.  Know your roots!

yes they do contribute but in both ways. we are able to keep more companies on US soil due to cheaper labor on US soil thanks to illegal immigrants, but this also increases the unemployment rate to american citizens and people here legally with visas. by giving the illegal immigrants benefits your setting an example for the other people in Mexico and Canada that it is okay to sneek across the borders and by doing that terrorists are more able to get into the US and do damage. I'm not saying we should build a wall and not let anyone through, but we need a system setup so that we can monitor who is going where so that we dont have another 9/11 on our hands.

All of the terrorists on 9/11 were here in the US on student visas.  A system has been setup to monitor those in the US who are on expired visas.

Illegal immagrants take the low paying jobs that most Americans feel is benethe them.  We should have a merrit based system that rewards people with legal citizenship for contributing to our economy, instead of shipping them back to where they came from.
