i dont think they have the watching ticket in NJ but the street racing one they do. but for that one they have to actually prove you were racing for either money or some other reason. which means if you were on the highway and just those two cars were driving fast then its hards for the cops to prove it was street racing. but if there are 500 people gathered to watch thats different.

i'm pretty sure A LOT of states have the same ticket....although in NJ it's a lot harder to get one...you pretty much have to be sitting there, either flagging, or parked right next to the race in order to get nabbed for it.
