well i was using the CR calculator, and i was always wanting to put a DOHC head on a SOHC engine, well i found that one hole on the ZC head is off by a few millimeters, and i found the website of a guy that already did it, i have a spare d15b2 at home, and well i found a full head with ALL the hardware from the intake manifold and everything i want on a d16a1, the junk yard said i could have it for 50 bux, well i am thinking of disassembling the head and have the machine shop and fill the hole and redrill it, using one of my old head gaskets as a template....
well with the cr calculator, i found that with the DOHC head, the combustion chambers will be bigger, and since the ZC was made with domed pistons, the CR drops from a 9.2:1 to 8.2:1 or 8.5:1 depending of which head gasket that you use, the d16z6 head gasket is thinker, so i could get the 8:2.1, and i would have to use d15z1 rods and pistons, IF i wanted stronger internals.....then i also found a TSI in that same junk yard, i could rape it of its, injectors, turbo, and other misc turbo parts, use a starion FMIC and get all the pipes custom built, or with such a small honda, engine you could go with the bypass system instead of the BOV(as suggested to me by Hondastar)..this could be a cheaply done project...and if i blew it up soo what, most of the parts i have laying around anyway!!! give me some thoughts on what you guys think??

I never said that???  The main reason you have to run a bypass/divertor valve instead of a BOV is if your car is equipped with a Mass Air Flow sensor.  The discharge from the valve has to be vented off back into the intake tube or an excessive rich condition results ( which causes miss-fire, popping, poor idle, etc).  A side perk is increased throttle response at higher boost levels.  Since your Honda uses a speed density system, your car is equipped with a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor and an Intake Air Temprature sensor.  With the right engine management (re: Hondata), your car would then be capable of providing the motor with the appropriate amount of fuel per psi as it would measure boost instead of air flow.
