Yes, but it would be so easy to pick on an older car. Not only that you could always find something newer that looks better or may actually be better in some aspects but the CRX is so good all around and the Neon is so new that the grass on the side of the CRX is so much greener. How many things can you do to the new neon? Drive it, that's it. You can swap the engine, turbo, ....on and on for the CRX. even install rear seats....I mean c'mon man. Fine it's new. There's always going to be a new car out there. That car is not for the car enthusiast. An older car that has HUGE aftermarket support is more bang for the buck than any Neon could ever provide. Only thing the new Neon doesn't need is maintenance cuz it's new. However, yes, it's a nice car, but why in the world would you buy it just cuz it's new and turbo and you could do the same to your car AND restore the car for the price of the neon. IF you're looking for performance and upgradeability for your car, get something that currently has aftermarket support. I believe people here are defending the CRX's well rounded-ness to the Neon's newness. You just don't know enough about your own car to see this. You're new to the import world. No idea what the CRX has in store for you. Besides, we always talk about other cars...people just come back to the CRX. Right IPO?

DUDE you guys are turning this thing against me saying as if i was even to compare the freaken two cars.. because i'm not.. all i'm saying is that the Neon is a great affordable car... i wasn't ever in my mind was going to get one.. you guys have like a conflict with the crx VS. neon.. it's not like that so don't even compare the two... and swap this swap that turbo in this turbo in that ... dude anit everyone like a RICH ass bitch YA mofos aite.. as much as i would like to put a freaken B16 on my ride turbo it out and all the shit that i would LOVE to put in it.. i wouldn't want to spend that much cuz i don't have the MOOLA. so therefore why not just have it come STOCK  |

I know what sup and how many things you can do to a freaken crx.. but sometime things and people get OLDER.. we don't play that shit no more .. cuz people are GROWING UP ... got to think bout kids wife house and shit like that.. i would so rather have a mercedes s5 and don't do jack crap to it.

There were never a freaken car as quick with turbo for that kind of price... no time in history was there.
the next best thing under 20k was the 99 civic si...that's it case closed

First off I have way too many points to go on here but I'm going to let you go because you're right people grow up and get older and this is a waste of time. So instead of bickering about and looking like a fool I'm going to leave things where they are and watch what other people have to say. SECOND. I have owned an 88 CRX for 7 years now. How long have you had that 89? THIRD. That comment was in reference to one of our former CRX owners that is looking to SELL his newer Mitsu 3000 GT VR4 cuz he had fun in the Supercharged CRX before. Oh yeah, he's married too. Damn forgot that one. Besides, right next to that Mercedez is going to be my 1988 CRX B16a Turbocharged that being that many years older can beat that brand new STOCK family car in straightaways and turns. |

you have to understand though, that your bringing up a subject to guys who are going to have an opinion, wether negative or not, just cause you dont like it. It seems to me like your trying to rack up posts to gain rank or something, but i think you should be spending less time on the net, and more time either doing something to your car, or driving it.

all i gonna say is 3 things. 1, i work atleast 12 hours a day doing construction so i have money for my car 2 this post was about me getting almost hit, now were talking about turbo neons 3 and third, i would never paint my trim cause i like the look of a stock car. so if u go buy ur turbo neon and head over to neon power, u will def have alot more fun talkin about all the performance parts that they have for the neon, and how much ur paying a month to drive it oh yea, do i get props for having a 5 page post so far? just curius whats the longest post ever? |
