We all love a shower now and then, but monday mornings, in the car, on the way to school or Work sucks ass. So listen up. The great masterminds at Honda relized they could never keep ALL the water out with simple rubber seals, so they designed channels to collect the water and "catch it" around the edges of glass.
(1) open sun roof and locate drain holes, ussally two large in the back and maybe two smaller hole in the front corners.
(2) clear these holes and channels of apparient debris, removing hose from holes may be nesessary, but almost impossible.
(3) open trunk and if not removed, loosen the interior body panels on the rear sides (inside of quarter panel), locate the large hoses running from the sunroof back and out through the sheet metal,
(4) clean the ends completly, the rubber gromets at the end is let water out, not in, like a valve. These may need to be cut to increase the diameter of the opening. reattach hoses and run a couple gallons of water through the channels and drain hoses.
** the fronts are alot harder to get to, unless your installing a new dash or A-pillar pods, then they'll be right there, take the time to clean em.  the two larger back ons should be enough to drain any more rain/water
