OK, this isn't too hard at all.  I didn't have anything to do so, well, I took it out.

tools needed

10 mm wrench
phillips head screw driver
sissors
a bucket
imagination

Start off by removing the hoses that run to the squirters.  The ones attached to the hood I just cut right at the squirters because I didn't want to have holes in the hood.  You might be able to just pull the hose off but mine were on there tight.  I also just cut the hose running through my firewall to the rear window.  I'll get the rest of the hose later.

After the hoses are off, take off your front bumper.  This isn't as hard as you think.  First take off your turn signals.  If your car is an 88 or 89, unscrew the two visable screws on the side of the housing.  On the 90 and 91, open the hood (hopefully this has already been done) and unscrew the one screw inbetween the headlight and turn signal housing.  The housing will just slide off.  Take out the bulbs.  Now take off the bumper signals.  I hope to God this isn't too hard for you.  Take out the bulbs and reflectors.  There will be two screws in each wheel well that hold the bumper on, take them off.  Take off the five screws in the top side of the bumper.  Be careful, the three center ones are a BITCH to get off without stripping.  That's why mine aren't there anymore!  The two on the side will be where the turn signal housings were.  My car has a place for a screw in the center of the raditor.  There has never been a screw there though.  So if your car has it, remove it.  If you have fog lights, good luck, it's a bitch to get them off.  A little hint, swivel bits on your wrench are VERY helpful.  Take off your bumper now.

I drained my res. by yanking out the hoses at the bottom.  This is where the bucket comes in handy.  It sucks to have a wet floor and then realise you have to lay down in if later on.  This is also a good time to take out the wiring harnesses attached to the pumps.

The hoses should be completely loose now, get 'em gone!  There will be a 10mm bolt inside the engine bay at the top hold the res. in.  Take it out genius!  Now go under the car and take out the other two bolts holding it in.  Hint, remove the entire bracket on the right side.  You don't need it and it's REALLY HARD to get to the bolt on the other side.

OK, now you should have an empty bucket that is completely stuck in that little spot.  It would just slide out, trust me.  This is where your imagination comes into play.  I hacked at the top of the rev. with some wire cutters until it was small enough to fit through the opening.  If you don't understand what I'm talking about, you will when you get to this step.

OK, Now put the bumper and all your lens back on.  Your done, and screwed if you want to wash off your windshield.  But look on the bright side, you just got rid of at least 10 lbs. of weight!  Ha ha, WHO CARES!

or if you ever get a turbo and a intercooler.... simply move the spray heads to the fornt bumper and when you are at a red light or soemthin and want to to cool the intercooler...just press the washer button and spray the intercooler down... but make sure you put water in the tank and not washer fluid...
