What you will need:
Any Honda, 88-96 Injector Resister Box will work
88-91 SI ECU
88-89 5 speed Teg ECU
ZC ECU
Various colors of 16 gauge wire(or one color, that makes no difference)
Harnesses from junkyard that plug in ECU for extra pins.

If you are doing this yourself, I am pretty sure you know where the ECU is located, but if you dont, its on the passenger floorboard under the carpet.

Plugs at the ECU:
A1    A2  A3    A4     A5    A6    A7   A8   A9
A10  A11  A12  A13   A14  A15  A16  A17  A18

B1   B2     B3   B4    B5   B6    B7   B8    B9   B10
B11  B12  B13  B14  B15  B16  B17  B18  B19  B20

C21  C22  C23  C24  C25  C26  C27  C28
C29  C30  C31  C32  C33  C34  C35  C36

ECU Harness:
Now go into the car, and unplug the old ECU.  Leave the harnesses there, no need to plug them into the new ECU yet.

Look at connector B(the middle connector), look at pins B15 and B16, some models have pins located a B16, if so, it saves you a step, if not then just disregard this sentence.
Now notice that there are the little white clips, one on top, and one on bottom.  On the bottom one, clip that white clip out.  I used 2 small screw drivers, one for each side, pushed the sides in, and it popped right up.  Now get the harnesses you got from the junkyard, and pull 2 of the wires out.  Add those 2 wires you pulled out, with the pins, and put them in the harness at B15 and B16.  Put that white pin back on.

Look at Connector C now.  Look at C21(orange) and C29(white).  Now leave about 3 inches from the harness on each of the pins, and cut the wires.  Now move the orange wire you cut, to B15 and move the white wire you cut to B16.

Now add enough wire to C21 and C29, to run to the Cylinder Position Sensor in the engine bay.  Mark these wires down on paper(like C21 - Red wire, C29 - Black wire, or what not).

Now go to connector A, the biggest connector.  Cut wires A2 and A4 at about 4 inches up.  Run wires from A2 to A4 into the engine bay, they will go to the fuel injectors.

Under the Hood part:
Now how I did it was just ran the wires from the ECU straight to where they went, through no harnesses.  So once you pull the motor out of your DX, switch all the wires over to your ZC motor.  There will be one plug on the back of the intake manifold you do not use.  I just hung it back there.

Now on the throttle position sensor, you will have three wires.  Cut the green/white wire, and yellow/white wire.  Connect the green/whtie wire to the yellow/white and the yellow/white with the green/white wire.  The reason you do this is the SI/ZC TPS turns the opposite direction.  Most places say you need to extend the EACV 5 inches, but I never had to do that, so if it comes down to you not making that, I suggest you add 5 inches.

Now what you do is you take the injector reisster box and you hook it up to the individual injectors.
Run the yellow wire off the DX harness to the #1 injector(brown wire)
Run the red wire off the DX harness to the #3 injector(blue wire)
Run the wire you installed at A2 to the #2 injector(red wire)
Run the wire you installed at A4 to the #4 injector(yellow wire)

Now the two wires that were connected to the DX injectors that are extra, coming off the harness, 2 yellow/black ones, connect them together and run them to the yellow/black wire on the injector resister box.

Run the 4 red wires off the injector box to the other 4 wires off the injectors, no particular way.

Lastly, connect C21 to the blue/green wire on the Cylinder Position Sensor, and connect C29 to the blue/yellow wire on the Cylinder Position sensor.

All I can say is that it took me like 45 minutes to do this all, and it was not hard.  Just have some patience.  The hard part is getting the white clip out of the harness.  If you can get that out easily your set.  I hope this helps out.

correct me if I am wrong but this is for the dx to si fuel system swap correct??!!  I am about to this real soon.  I have the intake manifold, TB, fuel rail, and injectors.  From what you said I need the injector resistor box, ecu, and wiring harness.  You didn't say anything about the fpr is it the same?? ty

yeah, this is the same as the dx to si swap....it's just the instructions for swapping the DPFI (DX fuel system) to MPFI (pretty much every other fuel system)

i dont know if the FPR is the same, but if you look at your buddies car you should be able to tell if it will fit on the same way.
