Front main seal - Anyone with experience?

i think mine may be leaking
its a zc motor

now i know the timing belt has to come off

what car is the seal from? 89 integra or 89 d16
how hard of a job is this?

do they sell the parts at pepboys or something or do i have to go to the dealer?

what the hell is the main seal? a integ should work... what are you leaking? almost any auto parts store has it
