Okay.. Got the ground control coilovers, KYB AGX springs.  Am I set or do I need camber kit?  I only plan to lower it maybe 2 " max

Around 2 inches is where you need a camber kit.  I just had one installed.

I only need em in the front right?  What happens if i don't have it?  They're really expensive in the front.  Anyone know where I can get BOTH for under 50 bucks

You can usually find em on GBC but you need both fronts and maybe not on back.  Wait until you get everything installed then you can tell if you need a kit or not but I bet you will.
