Yo, are there any big differences in strut bars or will the 40.00 ones on ebay hold up?

Not true Wink

Strut bars are NOT created equal.  The purpuse of the bar is to reinforce the shock towers and make the chassis more ridged.

The cheapy strut bars are usually made up of cheap aluminum that twists easily, and are more for LOOKS.

A good aftermarket piece usually bolts into several locations (top shock towers, sheet metal, firewall, etc.)  and are tig welded steel.  Good examples include Mugen, Tanabe, and Neuspeed. :mmkay:

Neuspeed = god! Their front strut bar is amazing because it connects to two places on each tower. Also, consider getting a lower and upper rear tie bar, it keeps the ass of the car from doing crazy shit.

One thing some people overlook, is how effective the factory strut bars are.  Just thought I would make a point. Cheesy Did any of the EFs even come w/ one stock?  I know that some of the EGs, EJs, all EMs and all DCs do.
