Okay, so I painted the insides of my car myself if y'all remember when I had my car painted.  But there's still a lot of yellow inside my hood where a lot of the equipment is.  I assume it's not safe to even risk getting paint near that but how can I change it to white if it's possible? Could I make it a alrge job and take all the stuff out or is there an easier way.

Just cover up all the important stuff and get what you can see, its really not that big of a deal.
