I'm thinking LS...but I don't know..I know for a fact they have the bottom end power..tell me what ya think!

i know the b16 got like 20 more hores but im too tired to think so i dotn remember the torque :)

I think torque is pretty even.  I would go with the B16 unless forced induction is a plan which the LS motor can take like no tomorrow.  The LS is also great to put a GSR head on and have LS VTEC which kicks some major ass.  I think if it is just B16 CRX VS. LS CRX the B16 would probably win.

Depends on which tranny you were using.  If they were both using the b16a's close ratio transmission the LS would win.  It's got way more torque!  The LS motor (B18A1) makes 140hp@6300rpm/121lb-ft@5200rpm.  The B16a1 puts out 158hp@7600rpm/112lb-ft@7000rpm.  The LS motor's powerband is more usable.
It should be noted, that these numbers are all at the flywheel.  The difference in wheel horsepower isn't as big as you would think.  As far as torque is concerned,  some b16as have a hard time making even 100lb-ft of torque to the wheels.
