sounds comming from my car... - :)

this problem occurs off and on, and goes away depending on which way i turn (swirve)

there is a swooshing kinda rubbing sound comming from my rear pass. wheel. which occurs at half a wheel rotation.

they are new wheels so it might just be something rubbing... has this happened to anyone??
should i take it to the people that installed my wheels?
or should i take off the wheel and inspect?

You said rear so this might turn away from that, but it sounds like maybe your CV joints(halfshafts), might be bad.  Mine are bad, and thats what it does.  Not sure, just a suggestion.

it might have been from using the e brake.

but today i took the wheel off and sprayed wd40 inside the brake and end of axel and now it sounds ok.

Yeah it sounds like something is up w/ the brakes or hub.  Could be a wheel bearing.
