To me a short shifter is a short shifter, I have a cheap Autozone one, and it works just like any other one, the throw is way shorter.  Maybe the other one is better "style" or something, but mine is decent enough for me..

Becarefull because my friend had a cheap short shifter and it snapped in 2 and he was stuck in 3rd gear. This happened at a race track

damn i have heard that too, but i mean I have been ragging with it for a while and it hasnt broken, luckily.  I like it though.  Made by spectre...

My friends DC Sports short shifter also snapped in 2. What does that have to say about them? Same shit Cheesy
