Well, the CRx addiction finnaly got to me, i am currently looking at a 1988 CRX HF. My intention is to buy it, and within a fe wmonths drop a b16a1 with a LSd tranny, which i already have a connection to. My question(s) is/are what do i need to do to get this rex ready for the swap, what parts a needded for this swap other then the standard, engine/tranny/ECU/Axels. Alos hfs have rear drums brakes, that ain't going to be sufficient, how can i fix this problem. Also, like i said what littl ethings need to be chnaged over/bought/swtiched to accomadate a b16a. Please help me out, I NEED A WICKED CRX!

As for the swap, hit up my site.... the list is on there.

As for brakes, you can use the 90-91 Si brakes.... they are pretty sufficient.

But you should know that the rear discs are only gonna help reduce fade, not stop you much faster. Keep the drums for the time being, what you really need it some good brake pads, rotors, stainless brake lines and sticky tires.

Yeah, you'll be surprised at the drum brakes.  hell, 2000 lbs isn't a lot of weight, drums are very suffcient in the rear.  If you finally decide they are uglier than hell (sorry DX and HF guys, they are), do what Phatty said.

Fuckin A! take your lazy ass to my page and read the danm B16 swap guide.......

And as for the DX, you need to wire it up for MPFi, only 4 wires and a resisitor box........

It's easier to start with an HF or Si.  MPFI instead of dual point.  I would try and find an HF unless you just really want the sunroof, rear disk brakes, and other worthless crap that just adds more weight.  I've got an Si and I use the sunroof every once in a while but could certainly live without it.  If you do go the HF way, get a rear anti-roll bar for sure (it doesn't come with one), and the 13" steelies should be thrown as far as you can.  Try to hit as many people as possible when you throw them.

And go to Phatty's site.  It should answer your questions.
