My friend stripped one of the wheel bolts on my rear wheels.  Can anyone giving me step by step directions/warnings for disassembling the portion I need to take apart in order to put a new one in.

You know what, I've always called them that, but when I was looking for prices on them Honda labeled them as bolts.

16 bucks for 4 at honda...

Installation? Pound the old ones out, pound the new ones in.... simple as that.... Well for the front at least.

Okay, I'm doing the back.  And it looksl ike I have to dissaemble a whole bunch of shit.  I just wanna know what I need to do before I get started so I'll be fine.
