OK I decided that eventually I am gonna want some coilovers, my car sits a little uneven, and even with the 205/40/16s, it still has some wheel gap. It's only dropped 1.5" or so, I want to be able to tuck the 16s, while at the same time, raise it if need be. Enter coilover sleeves........
Skunk2 or GroundCOntrol seem to be what I want....
Anyone have any suggestions? ANyone have coilovers?

my suggestion is to not get anything besides gc or skunk2. haha. I've got weapon r....and yech. they suck. they're all the way down and dont even come close to tuckin my 17s and they're harsh as ####. anyway, I kinda like gc's b/c you can pick the spring rate ya want...kinda cool.

Spring rate has to do with many variables. The most important is how much travel you have in your suspension. The less the travel is, so the lower you are, the higher the spring rate, and it also has to do with weight and preferances. Its cool shit of ya get it right. Somethig that should be seriously consider, but rarley is.

For the love of GOD, PLEASE don't take the sleeves off. I drove a friends CRX with WeaponR coilovers that had the sleeves taken off. Holy SHIT, it was the bouciest, most horrific, pain in the ass (literally), ride I'd ever been in. My eyesite was double what it was when I got into the car because the smallest bump would bottom out the suspention and throw you into the next lane when it rebounded.
Just warning you, it was BAD!!!!!

I was kidding (kinda). the thought had crossed my mind, but I'm happy w/ the drop I've got for daily driving, but I'd like a bit more at times. it'll do for now.
the ride you just described is pretty much how it is with the sleeves, as well! haha :) thanks for the warning though...
