Two questions.
1.  Just put my clear corners in, and it's accenting a problem I've had BEFORE the corners (So it's not them).  The problem is my headlights are a little far back, how do I readjust them to be further towards the bumper? There's a lot of bolts and I know there's that one wheel-type thing below the light but I don't know if that pushes it up or down.  Which do I use to bring it forward?
2.  Where can I get white bulbs for them so they're not that brownish-yellow color.

The bolts on TOP (2) of the headlight bracket should fix your problem. Loosen them up, and slide the entire headlight assembly forward. If this doesn't help, you're gonna need to take the front bumper off and fool around with the other 2 bolts....
