which is better factory LSD or Mugen and I think he said if it wasn't a Mugen it was a Field LSD?  Just wondering because Im getting two tranny's and one comes with the factory unit and the other one comes with one of the two after market ones.  Just wondering what you would do.  Thanks

i would assume the aftermarket LSD is stronger, but also on an engine which has been abused more...after all, you wouldnt install an aftermarket LSD unless you beat on the car some Smiley

Mugen = clutch type....best for road race...has to eventually be rebuilt....King Motorsports.....expensive...... Huh?

Factory =helical (mechanical)....best all around, especially for drag race....less expensive Smiley

I would choose the later if I was poor, but since we are all ballers, I would get mugen----just because it's J-D-M
