My insurance is tryin to screw me sayin im gonna have to pay for most of the storage charges for when i totaled my car and they towed it back to there towing yard. The appraiser went to the wrong place and the car was obviously not there so he left and they had to find out where the car actually was. So instead of calling me and askin me (even though they fucked up) they found out themselves which took like 2 weeks. I went to talk to my insurance today and they told me i had to sign the realese form so they can tow out my car so i went down and signed it and the tow truck driver told me there tryin to screw me because there gonna have to pay me for the car, pay for storage, pay for towing, pay for whatever else and they dont want to do that so they are trying to screw me. You guys think i should take this to court if they give me any problems?

BTW sorry for the long post but its been a month and a half since i crashed my car and im just started to hear shit now.

It doesn't matter who has or had your car.  It's in your policy.  Same shit almost happened to me when my car was recovered.  I had to act like a new customer and called them and asked them what was their policy on towing expenses, and I recorded their asses.  When they gave me shit about it I played it back....shut their asses up.  They are suppose to pay for it.  Go over your policy.  I got full coverage with all the bells and whistles so I made sure they stuck by their end of the bargain.  Raise hell.  YOU are the customer.  Demand to speak to a manager, and if they give you the runaround go higher up the ladder til you get results.  Just be ready for when they drop you cuz they will.
