i have a 91 crx si and i need to lower my car.  I have been thinking neuspeed or sprint.  I want to lower it 2.25 in front and 2.0 in the back.  what do you all think and what is a good site to order from. thanks.

Hope you either have or plan to use your stock wheels and tires.  I've got a 1.8 inch drop with my Neuspeed Sport springs and rub on my barely bigger than stock 195/60/14 tires.  I'd say don't go any lower than 2 inches in the front or back.  And since you want an interesting drop size and probably won't be able to find it, why not go for coil overs?  They aren't my bag but a lot of people use them.  Also another hint.  If you do get a drop of 2.25 and 2 inches, you will HAVE to get aftermarket shocks.  There's no way around that.  Well, you could use your stock struts but they would die in roughly 9 months causing a REALLY bad ride.
