Use of Picture Database is conditional upon acceptance of the Terms of Serive (TOS)

Violations:

Violations of database are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Crxpower.net will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.

Examples of database violations include, without limitation, the following:

1. Unauthorized access to or use of data, system, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the system or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system.

2. Uploading of offensive material or coprwrighted material.

Security Violations

You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee.
